We invite you to arrive 15 min. before your appointment in our wellness center to relax and prepare your body and mind for the booked treatment. We regret to report that any delay will only shorten the duration of your treatment.

RESERVATION
To book our treatments we recommend contacting reception.
Our staff will be able to guide you in the best choice. We recommend booking in advance to ensure that your desired time and treatment are available.

SPA ETIQUETTE
The SPA is a non-smoking area, where cell phones and pagers are requested to be turned off. It is advisable to maintain an appropriate tone of voice so as not to spoil the atmosphere. The changing rooms are separate for men and women while the swimming pool and hot areas are shared, so please kindly wear a swimsuit - The SPA provides towels for your wellness program, bathrobes, pestemal, as well as slippers (the latter free of charge).
Children under the age of 18 cannot use the centre's services.

HEALTH STATE
At the time of booking, please kindly inform us of any physical conditions, allergies or anything else that may influence the choice of your treatment -

CANCELLATION
A charge of 50% of the cost of the treatment or program will be made in case of cancellation more than 24 hours before the appointment.

For cancellations made within 12 hours the entire sum will be charged.

All Comfort Zone products are on sale at the reception in order to be able to continue the experience started at the spa at home and enjoy the benefits for as long as possible.
